What is the live demo?

A planted Acme Shop checkout on the app host. Collectors are not running there. The same incident is on every screen: checkout is waiting on Stripe EU, 2.10 seconds against a 140 millisecond normal.

Does a journey need a config file?

No. Journeys are built from spans. Traces that share a correlation or a session become one ordered path. You can rename one. You do not draw it first.

Is the agent in the repository a full collector?

The copy in the repository is a shell stub. It writes a line and sleeps. The install scripts, the chart, and the service names are the ones the product serves. A real collector replaces that file.

Where does the app run?

The public demo is a hosted app. The same app runs with docker compose up, or on Fly. This website does not host the product and does not create an account.

Is there a certification to cite?

No. This site does not claim SOC 2, ISO, or any similar mark.
